How much lace would a need to make a shirt and 2 skirts, one knee length and one that will stop to my ankles.

Well most of the fabric are 5 or 6 yards. That can make you a top, skirt and headtie...so for what you want to make and also depending on your size...5 or 6 yards should be fine.
