But, teenagers do that all the time and the results because it is unplanned and the teens are not ready for such a huge responsibility, sometimes turns out to be not too pleasant. It was not pleasant for me, but later on in life the kid and I bonded. I was a kid back then too.

He is now here in MN going to college, darn smart.

I still fighting for him to cut it, his ma call me say please talk to him to cut that hair, so she expecting me to be all nice and white, so I just say, "my man, yu gotta cut dat hair, its not looking good...... th_mrgreen

Wow you have a grown son. He's handsome. About the hair you know it is the ruffneck look a lot of girls like. It's probably just a phase.You sound like a wonderful dad. Keep doing a good job.

I thought that free country. Let the pekin decide his look mehn...once he is respectful, during his chores and bringing good grades form school. That dey pressure thing can make the children turn to different role model instead up looking up to their parents. Gadyu, your pekin is handsome and keep engaging him constructively...
