| on a serious note, i think there is more awareness about HIV/AIDs in Liberia than there ever was.. a good thing....

| everybody aware na so what are we doing to reverse the prevalence rates? people still raping women and babies. partners still doing the multiple partner thing without protection. women still are not in the position where they can negotiate safe sex and condom use. donors still think that ABC methodology is the ultimate and best response to HIV. the government still puts it in the category of a health-related illness. stigma and discrimination is justified-HIV positive people have their kids kicked out of school...the list goes on. |
