|  SPINELESS SUBMISSIVENESS OR AN OUTCRY FOR OBEJECTIVITY? A Response to Theodore Hodge

I read with mirth the article in which Mr. Theodore Hodge questioned my objectivity. He charged that I was “doing my readers a disservice” by what he argued was disproportionate questions about the poor quality of President Sirleaf’s governance. He asked: “Is it possible that a well-educated man like Dr. Dolo thinks that President Sirleaf is actually single-handedly running the Liberian government….? He posited that I blame the President exclusively for the problems facing the nation. On face value, Mr. Hodge would seem to be correct, but that is without a thoughtful analysis of my writings. That I have been harsh in criticizing the President, I do agree, and will not seek to vindicate myself. Why?
