we do a congrats thread when someone hits a landmarked number of posts... say...
100- 250- 1000- 2500-
each step/category has a name.. say ex, 100 fooling around or whatever 250- getting into things 1000- chatroom tutor, or whatever name 2500- 10,000- chatroom guru...
something like that...
