This ever happen to you?

I was sitting reading a book late last night........... My cell beeped and a text message popped up: credit card charged by 12 $ at 8007327031. I say to myself, "What???? I'm reading a book! I'm not online!"

Hmmm, didn't remember any 12 dollar purchase online, so I checked my online statement and the name of the company is RESERVATIONS REWARDS.

Been on the phone and was told that i signed up with them (I did not!). They say they will reverse the charges (1 out of 3) and cancel my account with them. Cancel what account?!

I'll just cancel the credit card and get a new one. Better check your statements for the last 12 months to see if you have a bogus charge.

If you were in the US, you simply find out what state theya re registered in and report them to that states' Atty General office and the local consumer protection agency.

Ed, they have a lot of white collor rougue around here. Thank u for the info and hope u take precaution...

just google Reservations Rewards, you'll see how many people are complaining - and they are in the US. All I'm saying is check for those small charges that sometime we tend to overlook.
