| Fellow villagers,
My family and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your prayers, cards, phone calls and gifts during this very difficult time in my life. To bring you up to date, the surgery was a success and the biopsy proved the tumor to be noncancerous. I had to be taken back to the hospital for a second surgery as I'd developed some complications after the first surgery. I'm still having motor skill issues but my physical and rehabilitation therapist said that I should be able to regain full use of my legs in the near future. All in all, I thank God that I'm getting better.
I just wanted to swing by for a few minutes to tell you what a noble group of friends you are and that I couldn't thank you enough for all of your words of encouragement! Thank GOD for you!! Your kindness and friendship has certainly made my illness much easier to deal with.
