Self-Proclaimed Senate Pro-Tempore Lansanah Joins Liberty Party…Over Nyenabo’s Reinstatement

(Monrovia-Liberia-Nov. 11, 08)-As the leadership crisis within the Liberian Senate involving Senators Isaac Nyenabo and Lahai Lansanah of the National Democratic Party of Liberia (NDPL) intensifies, the latter has resigned from the party and joined the Liberty Party of Cllr. Charles Walter Brumskine. Speaking to reporters Tuesday at the office of Cllr. Brumskine in Monrovia, Senator Lahai said he willingly decided to leave the NDPL without regret, to begin a new political career with the Liberty Party.
