Prez. Sirleaf Defends ArcelorMittal's Vehicle Donation - Says Donation Was Made at her request
MONROVIA - November 01, 2008): President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has disclosed that vehicles recently donated to government by ArcelorMittal for use by Liberian legislators were donated upon her request, an Executive Mansion release issued to The Liberian Journal has disclosed. According to the release signed by Cyrus Wleh Badio, Press Secretary to President Sirleraf, the Liberian leader made the clarification Friday when she appeared on her regular interactive radio phone-in program, ‘Conversation with the President.’
