The Sirleaf administration stands to be more effective and to save resources by refining its operations through what some have come to call “joined-up” governance. Harmonizing education planning, labor planning, and economic planning will improve our future labor supply and national competitiveness. With all the worries about the scarcity of resources, the merger and integration is certainly going to allow the country to equip its workforce with the right capabilities.
