Carter Center Program Manager Recommends Access to Information Law in Liberia

(Monrovia-Liberia-October 28, 08)-The visiting Program Manager of Carter Center Cllr. Laura Neuman has stressed the need for Liberia to have access to information law. Cllr. Neuman said the right to freedom of information is an essential tool for the growth and development of any nation. Access to information is fundamental human rights, dignity, equity, peace with justice and democracy in every democratic nation, she underlined.
