| HOW TO EVOLVE AN INTEGRATED DOMESTIC POLICY IN THE NEXT 1000 DAYS By: Emmanuel Dolo, Ph. D. The Unity Party Government is about to start the second half of its term. It has not had a strong organizational management ethos to govern domestic policy making. It is now evident that three words describe the first half of the administration’s domestic governance: excess, greed, and negligence. The need exists for rethinking prior governance mechanisms and setting broad-based development processes into motion. The argument made in this paper is that the government has to move from ideals or concepts to strategies and then finally to action. WWW.THELIBERIANJOURNAL.COM (The Liberian Journal) |

| Dr. Dolo, I appreciate your opinion on those critical issues of the day. I like some of the suggestion you are proposing. Hope the UP-Led GOL will consider some of them.... |
