The savage war is over. Severe quagmire is present. The Unity Party Government has spent almost three years trying to get the country out of the mess with minimum success. No one realistically expects the government in its third year to get the country out of the mess. The TWP, Doe and Taylor governments used their respective rules to pit Liberians against one another.
