| politics on women's rights would be a primary consideration for any candidate. it is not just 'gender'. a woman is not automatically a feminist. see ma ellen for example.

That's exactly why I asked. So in fact, the primary consideration for you (and I would assume most progressive thinking folks) would be how a candidate views women's rights. |
