Whenever and wherever Jesus desired to do a great miracle, He looked up to heaven. That was the case in the raising of Lazarus(John 11), the feeding of the multitude (Matthew 14) and many others.By so doing, Jesus simply showed that heaven is the source of all good things.

What was obtainable in the time of Jesus is still obtainable today.
You only have to look up to heaven, that's where you find healing, happiness, peace joy, you name it.....
